Call for Papers: Journal of Leadership and Diplomacy, International (IJLD)
The International Journal of Leadership and Diplomacy (IJLD) invites scholars, academics, and professionals to submit original research articles, case studies, and theoretical papers for publication in forthcoming editions. With a strong focus on Africa's particular difficulties and global governance dynamics, IJLD—a peer-reviewed scientific journal—offers a platform for the discussion of leadership and diplomacy.
Areas of scope and focus
IJLD welcomes contributions exploring leadership and diplomacy in many contexts, including—but not limited to:
- management, administration: leadership techniques in corporate, governmental, and non-governmental environments.
- Governance and International Relations: Diplomacy, international organisations, peacebuilding, and conflict resolution: leadership approaches
- Technology and Innovation: The part that the knowledge economy, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation leaders play
- Theology and Religious Studies: How does religious leadership shape society's values and policy agendas?
Although the journal prioritises these theme areas, it also supports multidisciplinary entries examining leadership from many other angles, including the role of women in international relations and diplomacy, ethics, and cultural competence. To be considered for publication, these submissions must provide fresh ideas and increase theoretical and pragmatic understanding of various aspects of leadership and diplomacy.
IJLD publishes:
- Empirical studies employ qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methodologies.
- Theoretical works advancing diplomatic and leadership studies.
- Case studies stressing real-world leadership issues and successful approaches.
- Conceptual works suggesting fresh approaches and paradigms.
Why should one publish with IJLD?
- Tight Peer Review: Subject matter specialists go over all submissions carefully.
- Global Reach: Practitioners, legislators, and scholars worldwide may access the journal.
- Interdisciplinary Engagement: IJLD promotes conversation between professionals from many sectors and leadership academics.
- Published works are openly accessible, enabling greater reach for distribution and influence.
Guidelines for Submission
Authors should follow the journal's formatting and referencing style, which are available on the IJLD website (www.sucjournal.com). Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere. Manuscripts should be turned in electronically via the journal's online submission method.
